Ben LaMonte is the VP of Business Development here at MVP. His work at MVP centers on Sales and Marketing for the business as well as business process analysis and systems integrations. As a member of the leadership team, Ben contributes to assisting the organization scale and systemize as effectively as possible. In spite of being away from the industry for 20 years or so, Ben is grateful that the MVP team made his integration into the organization as seamless and welcoming as he could have hoped. Ben brings ten years of experience as a small business owner to MVP, along with past experience as the National Account and National Sales Manager in other channels. This experience has provided him with the wherewithal to assist in these endeavors.
Ben’s favorite thing about MVP is our team. He is constantly mentioning how impressed he is by the care and consideration that the MVP team provides one another and our clients. Outside of MVP, Ben’s life is focused on his family, with every ounce of effort he gives motivated by a desire to provide them security and stability for the future. He is devoted to his beautiful wife Keeley, and his three daughters Mia, Everly, and Grace. Ben also cherishes his relationship of 30 years with our CEO Ikram Massabini. Ben tries to live out the core MVP values both at work and in his everyday life. He takes great pride in support of the MLAF Foundation for Cerebral Palsy and it’s efforts to develop new therapeutic models for children suffering from CP.
