As a Project Manager, you hold a key role in the growth and success of our company. You have a few primary responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all projects you manage are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  2. Follow MVP processes and SOPs to ensure consistent delivery 
  3. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders for project duration
  4. Create and maintain project documentation and delivery to internal and external stakeholders
  5. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  6. Contribute to the development of MVP processes and project delivery SOPs

You will be accountable for:

  • Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Working with dispatch to ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs 
  • Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Measuring project performance using ConnectWise Manage PSA 
  • Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Monitoring the team’s work time and timesheets on a daily basis
  • Ensuring that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or needed

  • Flexibility in managing projects outside traditional tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Basecamp) 
  • Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentations to clients
  • Ability to adapt working style and approach to best communicate with a diverse range of individuals
  • Self-discipline and an appropriate sense of urgency 
  • A collaborative, professional approach to building positive relationships across the organization
  • Ability to acquire and apply new knowledge or skills to constantly improve personally and professionally
  • Self-awareness of strengths and weaknesses
  • Experience managing IT projects, ideally with Managed IT Services specifically 
  • Ability to take decisive action after doing necessary diligence but also knowing when to ask for help
  • Appreciation of a culture of empowerment and accountability to a team
