Help Desk Technician Level I/II

MVP Network Consulting LLC. is seeking an enthusiastic help desk technician for office in Buffalo. 

Our Help Desk is the primary initial point of contact for our customers.  The help desk is responsible for answering tech support calls and online requests, along with providing routine maintenance for a variety of different computer systems. This position requires someone with excellent time management skills, the ability to provide world class customer service in a fast-paced environment, and outstanding documentation skills.


  • Live in or be willing to move to the Greater Buffalo Area. (Relocation not provided)
  • Expertise in Microsoft products, including Windows, Windows Server, Office and O365, Microsoft Exchange
  • Experience working in Active Directory and Group Policy
  • 1-2 Years of experience working in a help desk situation is preferred, but not necessary
  • College Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related previous experience.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN topology, cabling, routing, and VPN's
  • Thorough knowledge of troubleshooting computers, networks, and printers.
  • Previous experience providing support for medical practices preferred.


This is a full time (W-2) hourly based position. Additional benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan with matching after 1 year, employer sponsored health and dental insurance, paid vacation and sick time.
